What is the latest Firmware update for MBL 2TB and can MBL devoice be accesses by MyCloud App on a remote computer on internet.

Latest firmware for My Book live is Version 02.43.10 - 048 (6/22/2015).
Also, MBL device cannot be accessed using My Cloud desktop app. However, you can access the device from a remote location using My Cloud app on your phone.
You can also access the My Book Live device content from mycloud.com from a remote location on your computer.

However, I can’t still access MBL using mycloud.com.
When I type mycloud.com URL and than log into my cloud account using my email Id and password, I get following screen,
This is the same screen which I had stated in my initial commutation.
“Can’t Connect to MyBookLive”
Here’s is what you can do to try fix the problem
- Make sure device is powered up …
- Update mybooklive Firmware …
- Accept your device security certificate.
If still cant connect to the the device, contact WD Support.
I have checked all the 3 steps listed above and have no success.
Am I doing something wrong??
Clicking on setting button displayed on the above dialog screen, states that MBL is offline. This is not the case I as I have checked it.
Pls. help. so I can access MBL from a remote location using my computer.
