On June 26 I received the following alert from nas.alerts@wdc.com :

Event description:A new version of the firmware has been released. Please update your device.

but when I tried to update my device after it download something I received error 31103- Upgrade download failure
and then when I open WD’s website I noticed that actually the latest firmware is the one I already have:
Firmware Release 2.11.09 - 053 (4/23/2012)
So, is something similar happened to one of you? is there a new firmware and if not who is in charge of the alert that I received?
