iTunes Server content not accessible

Recently did an update to my MBL (MyBookLive 02.11.09-053 : Core F/W), and now when in iTunes (either Mac Lion or Windows 7 - v10.6.1.7) I can see the share available, but when I click on it to load, a message says “Loading My Book Live” but then does nothing. My selection just ends up going back to the last source I had selected. No error, no message, no nothing.

Any ideas? Is there some kind of log file I can take a look at to see what’s going on?

I have the same problem. Don’t know for sure, but think that Apple probably updated their iTunes and now it is having problems with the MBL. Someone else says they are having a TM problem as well.

Perhaps someone from WD could comment on if there is an update coming soon.
