Is the my book duo supposed to be this noisy

got a my book duo 24TB , and it cannot stop to make noises ,it’s not a humming from the fan , more like an old computer processing noise , pretty regular and starting to get on my nerve really , i’ve run the tools but they didn’t see any issues , it does feel like it’s getting a tad worse though

can you help on this? or is this how it should work ?

I’d strongly recommend backing up anything important sooner rather than later. Even though the tests say it’s “fine,” mechanical noises getting progressively worse are usually the earliest warning sign you’ll ever get.
