Is Plex still supported by My Book?

I’ve lost the connection to Plex (perhaps coincidentally after Plex sent out a password change prompt) and despite Disabling and Enabling, then Configuring Plex in the app - it doesn’t seem to be able to establish a connection.

What am I doing wrong?
