(iOS) How to keep Live Photos when downloading them from My cloud Home App?

Hi, I am backing up all my Live photos through the app so I can delete them from my iPhone and have more space, but when I downloaded one of those Live Photos from the My Cloud Home app it was downloaded as a .jpg and not as a Live Photo (this, for editing purposes)

Do you know if its possible to download my photos in Live format again? :frowning:

(As an observation I have noticed that some Live Photos were not backed up as Live, only as .jpg, try to delete them and back up again, same result)
