Cloud issue with Live Photo and batch download function

I’m having issues with cloud home
1 I have shared my Live Photo to cloud home and when people go download it, it can only download one at a time which is time consuming and;
2 when the photo is downloaded although it was a Live Photo in cloud home but shows on iOS device a still photo.

Any one knows if this can be fixed or work around how I can batch download Live Photo to my IOS device?
