Tried to install WD Discovery for a new MY Book 4Gb (WDBBGBOO4OHBK). Application is on a Windows 10 PC. The original software on the My Book did not install. I have seen problems reported here. Eventually down loaded latest version from WD site. It installs. However, when I go to tab for apps, to get the utilities, all I get after a long delay is msj “WD Discovery will be back shortly” I was under impression apps were part of the application. Guidance appreciated.
