WD Discovery software installation error

Hi Western Digital Support / All,

I am using a external harddisk “My Book” with password protection enabled.
Recently I ReInstalled my Windows OS and now trying to install “WD Discovery” software.

But the installer is throwing error as “Installation Failed”.
Please find attached snapshot of error

I am downloading “WD Discovery” software from following link.

Due to this, my harddisk is UnRecognized, as I need “WD Discovery” software to input my “password.”

Can anybody help me in installing “WD Discovery” software on my Windows 10 OS please ?
