My EX2 Ultra or my OS 5 Android App isnt backing up all photos or any video at all. The app just sits spinning saying syncing but never finishes.
I have ran all the disk tests and all pass. I have reformatted , tested , sytem reset etc but nothing seems to be solving the issue.
I have sent phone logs and EX2 logs to WD but I’ve heard nothing back.
Despite the disc tests saying discs and raid are healthy could they actually be failing and how do i find out.
Do i go and spend a fortune on new 8TB discs only to be stuck with the same issue.
Or should i buy a completely different system and give up on WD.
All was perfect until mid March and the hack. Now some images and no video sync at all.
Fed up of it now.

Hi. Yes ive opened a case. Ive been asked for and supplied logs from both my phone and my NAS. That wad about 2 weeks ago and heard nothing.
