I have uploaded some photos in a folder but, when I open it from mycloud.com I can see only few photos
I have tried with the latest version of firefox and chrome and the firmware is updated. can u help me?
when I try to see my photos from the app there aren’t problems, i can see all my pics.
What browser are you using? Have you tried, files.mycloud.com ? Which app, desktop or mobile?
I use Chrome on my pc (I tried also with firefox), in my Phone I use my cloud app, Samsung Galaxy s7
