I cannot find my WD Elements 1TB anywhere on my Mac, please help

I recently bought my WD Elements 1TB to back up my old Mac and transfer the data to my new one, and when the shop workers connected it to one of their Macs it showed up. I ran IORegistryExplorer on it and it showed Elements on it.

I can’t find it in Migration Assistant, on my desktop or in Finder, I don’t know what to do because it has some very important files I need for work on it.

However, when I ran Disk Utility, it showed this:
