A WD My Passport for Mac is saving many photos. It’s a 2TB. I want to switch to another My Passport for Mac and save one in a bank vault. But not sure how to safely make the switch. Can you help. I am not techie at all. Thanks,

The My Passport drive is a plug-and-play external storage device and will show up on the File Explorer as an external drive when you plug the device into the USB port of the computer.
The drive will show up under the computer’s file explorer as a removable storage drive and you can transfer data to the drive using the copy/paste or drag/drop method.
I would suggest don’t try copying them all at once.
