Hi, this is the first time using this type of hard drive. I think I did all of the installing right. However, when I click on the WD icon above on my mac it brings me to all my storage devices, I am unable to open my TB4 hard drive. I am unable to put files on it. Its not even opening. HELP

WD My Passport is a plug n play hard drive and can be used to drag n drop files to store data. You can manually copy and paste your data to the drive. If the drive icon does not appear on the desktop, check if it appears in disk utility.
