How to remove the encryption from a WD Elements Removable Media

Dear All,

I have an encrypted WD Elements, formatted on PC. The encryption system is a McAfee, I have the password and all, however I cannot find a way to remove the encryption altogether so I don’t have to go through the McAfee interface to read the hard drive.

Do you have any idea on how to tackle that?
On a side note, I have now a MAC, can I do it on MAC? Or do I have to do it on a PC?
