I was working on my cloud home and suddenly there were no more folders and files.
I want to know how I can retrieve this information.
This is a major failure in the concept of the My Cloud Home. Being able to recover a deleted file or folder from a recycle bin should be a basic feature on a product which is targetted at non-technical skilled consumers. Referring them to very expensive data recovery experts for something every operating system is capable of since decades is just painful. WD should be ashamed for such a crippled product.
