I deleted the folder from my phone App. How can I recover this folder?

My Cloud Home on Windows or macOS does not support a Recycle Bin feature.

Content deleted from the My Cloud Home User Private Space though the WD Discovery Desktop Mounted Drive, Mobile App or MyCloud.com can only be recovered with the assistance of a Data Recovery Specialist. For more information, you can refer the link mentioned below.
