How to make Transmission work with a mobile app (server parametres)?

Hi guys,
Any idea how to make Transmission on EX NAS (mine is ex2100) work with the various Transmission remote apps?

I’d like to be able to enque torrent downloads browsing from my phone, but I can’t find the Transmission server parametres needed to plug into the apps.
