How to delete files in Twonky?

Does anyone know how I can delete files in Twonky that I’m unable to see in the My Cloud desktop app?

Have you tried re-scanning the library? You may have obsolete links.

The only other possibility I can think of is that you have enabled aggregation, and Twonky has included files it has found on other UPnP/DLNA servers on your network into its database. Do you have a phone or tablet with media and a media player app on it?

Using Twonky’s ‘By Folder’ view should help you find where the media is physically stored.
