How do I change my email adress?
I can’t find any option at My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital
The account is my admin account.

@farnric Do you own a 1st or 2nd generation My Cloud? Have you looked at the Dashboard and tried to change it there? Have you checked the Knowledge Base?
In the Dashboard click on your User Name, select/highlight and delete your old address, then enter the new and click on Save. That should change it. See example image below.
