How do I change my email adress?
I can’t find any option at My Cloud OS3 End of Service | Western Digital
The account is my admin account.

@farnric Do you own a 1st or 2nd generation My Cloud? Have you looked at the Dashboard and tried to change it there? Have you checked the Knowledge Base?
In the Dashboard click on your User Name, select/highlight and delete your old address, then enter the new and click on Save. That should change it. See example image below.
Hi.
Been having problem with saving my email account in the “user” pic.
Tried to add a new user but same problem there.
The account is working and it finds the NAS through Lan, but I get an error msg every time I try to save the email in the pic above.

This topic is over five years old and about My Cloud OS3 devices. What device do you own, and does it still have OS3? My first generation WDMYCLOUD, single bay, OS3 is set up for use on my home network only.
