Help with changing my email

I need to change the email for my mycloud device as it’s going to be unusable in a short time, but there’s no option to change it in the settings or anything like that, anyone know how to change the email?

See this prior post. You can often find your answer by using the Knowledge Base and doing a search for what you need.

I will add this too. Start Here, https://westerndigital.secure.force.com/ind/ID_Login , sign in, then click on Account Information and scroll down to your email address (EDIT) and make your changes. After you have made your edit be sure to scroll down and SUBMIT.
