I need to change email address to my MyCloud account web portal.
I tried to change it from mycloud.com and from My Cloud Dashboard but couldn’t.
Is there another way to change email address?
Any help is appreciated.

I also have same problem: my current email is about to be deactivated and I need to update on OS5 MyCloud. It would appear that this field is not updatable? Can you DM me please and advise how to do this.
