I have three computers that I wish to backup using two Passport drives. Using WD Smartware, I have made a backup from each of the computers onto my first Passport drive. However, since my computer hard drives are pretty full, I have now deleted many files from the computer hard drives, so the only copy of these files is now as part of the backups on the first Passport drive. Since only a single copy of these files now exists - on the first Passport - I now need to make a backup of this Passport backup drive. How do I now use WD Smartware or other software to make a complete backup onto my second Passport drive of the backup files on the first Passport drive?
You should be able to backup the passport to a different drive using any third party backup software.
Also you can copy the files manually. just copy and paste the folder fo the backup from one drive to the second one.
