How do I install a Kernel via the JTAG Connection?

I’ve got an bricked EX2 Ultra. The powerLED is blinking orange.
Via the JTAG Connection I got the error on PuTTY that the Kernel is missing.
How do proceed now with PuTTY to install a Kernel?
