How do I get to the home/backup screen?

The one that looks like this. I don’t have my external constantly plugged into my laptop & I know I already installed the SmartWare. I’m only seeing the screen that opts for:

-Install WD SmartWare
-Install Drive Settings
-Do Not Install

Did I somehow uninstall the smartware?  WD_SmartWare_scrn_backup.jpg

Yes, you need to install the software since the application is not currently installed on this computer.
