i have been doing some research around why macOS finder is painfully slow listing files from the WD My Cloud.
ultimately i found an article here: macos - SMB share is very slow - Ask Different
where the solution suggested, that seems to stick and work is to modify samba.conf with the following:
vfs objects = fruit streams_xattr
has anyone done this on their WD My Cloud, and how would I go about doing it as well ?
