How do I delete an admin account or change email for MyCloud EX2 Ultra OS5?
I ended up having 2 emails for my admin account for the online (cloud) portal.
Therefore on one of the emails I get: My Cloud

I would like to delete it.

Wow this photo costs a new WD NAS EX2 with at lest 8TB in it!

@JP_username_forum If the device address are out of sync with WD Cloud, the fastest path to resolution would be a System Only Restore from Settings → Utilities

Of course, the System Only Restore will delete the existing Index and all data will be re-indexed once Cloud Services are enabled. However, you can disable Cloud Access at the share level.

I essentially have 2 emails and 2 accounts one being disconnected from the device. I want to delete the one that is redundant. The whole problem really stems from not being able to change the email address.
I guess if that is not possible I guess I can just forget about it, but I would prefer to free the email in case I need it for another account.

Contact Support with the email address of the MyCloud.com account to be removed from the My Cloud database.
