How do I backup in different folders?

Hello,

I have selected to backup from my Android a few folders that contains pictures. Now it is backuping everything into the same folder… so it makes no sense.

I have selected the phone camera folder and the Whatsapp picture folder and I have them mixed up in the same folder inside my WD Cloud Storage.

Is there any solution to backup correctly every file into its relative folder?

Hello eipok,

You can manually sort the pictures in the device as there is not any specific feature to sort the photos backing up by the My Cloud Home device using Mobile App.
