How can I check filesize of a folder?

I’ve been backing up my files using the WDCloud software, however I can’t seem to find a way to check the filesize of any folders (to make sure they are consistent with what’s on my HD) and was wondering if there is any way to do that? 

Also, where the heck is the search option? I’ve got a whole ton of video and photo files and a simple search function would save me the trouble of having to expand all my folders just to find that one picture I took 2 years ago.

Map your MyCloud into your operating system’s file system (read the User Manual). Then you can use all the functions of your familiar file manager to get file details, find files, etc.

Don’t expect the folder sizes to be identical between your computer and the MyCloud; they are different filesystems, and have different block sizes.

Only use the WD apps for remote access.
