was backing up my old computer when we lost power. when the power finaly came back on i went to resume the back up and my book dosnt work. when i plug it in it lights up, makes 5 sounds ( sounds like buuuzzz ip) and the lock light is on. I dont remeber if i had ever given it a password, dont think i did. I have looked in the forum and on line for the last couple of days trying to figure it out. my computer dosnt recognise that i have it plugged in and the smareware isnt helping. the WD SmartWare Drive Unlock utility isnt working. Anyone have any ideas for me? thanks.
