I have an older passport ultra that I am trying to restore to a new computer. They are pictures that I truly wish not to loose. I added the smart ware software to the new computer and was able to do a retrieval but the Retrieval File has an error. Not sure what else to try. I’m not very computer savvy but am willing to try anything. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
