I have a 1gb wd USB hard drive connected to my live player but it’s not been recognize ( content not available)My laptop , desktop computer as well as 1st gen recognize and access drive no issues at all . I also have a 3tb drive which the live recognize no issues there. I tried power cycle and factory reset with no luck . Any ideas or suggestions ? Thanks .
