Hi all, when i plug my WD external hardrive in to my PC the circle green light appears then goes out for good and no e-book incon is appearing.
Is it the power cable not working properly or is the WD hardrive stopped working?
anyone?? help!!!
no a power problem if the led in the from lights up
try a different cable
if your drive has green on the front that means is an old drive and it has served you well for long time
replacing might be the only option left
