Hi… I have a problem… I haven’t been able to use my external drive for quite sometime and for some reason it doesn’t work anymore?? What happens only is that when you plug in both the usb cable and power cable only the light in the front is what’s appearing but its not read anymore by my laptop nor my PC. I had even bought a new usb cable just to troubleshoot if it was the cable which had the problem but still it didn’t work. I even used the other power supply of my other HDD (WD Element 1 TB USB2.0) but it still not working. I’ve exhausted all my options and I don’t have any clues as what to do next.
Help guys. As I really want to retrieve all data that I’ve left inside. I need you personal and professional suggestions. Many thanks!
