i m from pakistan my passport 500gb fell from 1 feet and I contacted to a recovery guy he said head replacement is required but the head serial number must b matched I have another usb passport but head information is not the same. …plz help me out where can I get the required usb passport with matching details …If anyone I can contact from WD support let me know I want the head or usb passport with following details
