Having Some Connection Issues Need Help Please!

Hello everyone. I recently moved and unplugged the MyCloud from my old house and ISP. My new place uses Comcast and when I plugged in everything my computer doesn’t see the MyCloud. I have everything connected to a switch same as before. If i unplug the internet ethernet cable the MyCloud will register its not connected and give me a Red LED, When i plug the internet ethernet cable back in it goes blue. That tells me it is connected or at least knows when it goes offline. When I log into my comcast Gateway it lists the Myclouds MAC address as being connected and using DHCP but I can not see anything. I have a feeling its looking for its old IP address which used to be 192.168.1.4. With my new ISP everything changed to 10.0.0.1 etc. I have no access to the dashboard or anything. How can I regain access to this device? I tried to reset the device but this is really odd because it appears that there is no reset button. I keep trying to push a paperclip in there but it doesnt feel like i am pressing anything and nothing happens. Any ideas? I was thinking I could change my network to 192.168 and maybe i would be able to access it to change the settings? I already tried several fixes just doing internet searches. I am at a loss here.

Some of the things I tried:
Enabling SMP
Enable Netbios Over TCP/IP
Enable network discovery
Reset Network

I am using Windows 10
The WD device is a MyCloud EX2 Ultra with two 4TB HD raided together.

Thank you and I hope all is well.

Solved it.
What I did was disconnect from the internet. directly plug the Mycloud into the computer. Set a static IP address to the 192.168 network on my computer. That made the mycloud visible so i could access the settings and change it back to auto DHCP. Then all I did was plug everything back in set the static IP on my computer back to auto and restarted. Everything showed up, took a few min but it seems to be working!
