I bought a 4TB hard drive a few months ago and it’s no longer being recognized by my system. I’ve tried every single fix to get it working again, from reformatting it to letting it sit unplugged for several hours. When I unplug it for a while it starts to work again for about half an hour, then becomes unrecognizable.
I decided to try and submit an RMA thinking that maybe it was just a messed up driver, but the website won’t let me submit one. It gets to the end after I fill everything out, but when I hit “submit” it says that it can’t process my request and sends me back to the very beginning, so I have to refill everything from scratch. Does anything from this company actually work properly? I sent in an actual service ticket but still haven’t gotten a reply to it and it’s been three days. I’m getting real pissed off and I don’t understand why nothing seems to be working.
