RMA Status Stuck on Pending Return

Hello everyone. I know with the 4th of July coming up that a response may not be speedy, but I had sent in my external hard drive with a pre-purchased UPS label when I did my RMA registration on Saturday 6/25/22. However, I have checked these past few days and my RMA status is still stuck on pending return. I have the receipt from UPS that says it was sent out, but I don’t know if receiving has gotten it or not yet (I work in retail and work sometimes with the receiving boys at my store, so I know sometimes items can take a while to get in and received). Just wondering, how long did it take for everyone to get theirs returned? As a YouTuber with limited internal space on my laptop, I tend to keep all my video files on an external, so was obviously disappointed when I lost all my footage that I had recorded when I had to RMA my external (luckily I had all but one video uploaded but it needed to be re-recorded anyways.) Hoping to hear a response soon!
