- no stable WD Discovery app for MacOS Catalina
- “Login service unavailable” right now
- very poor performances on small files
- no Google Home interaction (only Alexa)
- no serious support from WD
- no remote turn on, only remote turn off
What do I have to do? The only thing is to ask for my money back.

Where to ask for reimbursment?
Next time (for sure): Synology or Qnap.
