Guys, seriously


  1. no stable WD Discovery app for MacOS Catalina
  2. “Login service unavailable” right now
  3. very poor performances on small files
  4. no Google Home interaction (only Alexa)
  5. no serious support from WD
  6. no remote turn on, only remote turn off

What do I have to do? The only thing is to ask for my money back.

Bougth on 25 august 2018 (in warranty)
Spent 359,99 €

Where to ask for reimbursment?

Next time (for sure): Synology or Qnap.
