The “G” light on my brand new G-RAID with Thunderbolt 2 20tb is constantly on. I’ve turned the unit on off both while connected to Mac and not. Also, when Mac shuts down the unit does not power down. “G” burns VERY brightly with no flicker. Files do copy to it. I’ve even reformatted it.
What is going on, this goes against every indication in the literature.
