Not Mounting/Shuts Off

G-RAID Thunderbolt 2, 8 TB dismounts occasionally and most recently shut-down overnight. Here’s the configuration from the Apple system report. I’m using the power supply that came with the unit. Any suggestions will be useful. Thanks.

Make sure you are using the correct power adapter. 12v 5a

Also make sure you do not have sleep enabled on your computer. Go into Energy Saver and make sure put hard disks to sleep when possible is unchecked and make sure Sleep is set to never on your system.

Thanks. I found the power cord into the adapter was possibly loose. So hoping that was the problem. Otherwise, everything you mentioned is pretty much my default.
