Receiving the G-Raid from a client. I’m on OSX 10.11.6 However, my client is on OSX 10.12. Drive is formatted as Mac OS Extended (journaled).
Drives mount just fine on their Mac. The drives will not mount to my Mac Pro nor my iMac and just makes a clicking sound. Tried swapping cables, connecting via USB3 and the drives fail to mount. Disk Utility doesn’t see the drive either.
Client takes the drive back and has no issues mounting them.
Any troubleshooting help is appreciated.
Make sure you are plugging the drive in with the correct power adapter, 12v and 4a. That would be the only reason it would click one place and not the other.
