G-raid shuttle not mounting on Mac M1 Ventura

I bought a G-raid shuttle 4 thunder bolt and a new Mac studio with M1 chip. I can’t get the drive to mount on Ventura.

I have followed the instructions below and it still doesn’t work. Is this product compatible?
