G-Raid Drives Not Mounting in Mac OS, Visible in Disk Utility

I have two G-Raid drives, 4TB and 8TB, USB 2.0 into a 2015 iMac running Monterey 12.0.1.

A couple of months ago, the two drives just vanished from my desktop. I tried new USBs, moving/changing power sources, and nothing helped. The two drives DO show up in Mac Disk Utility so the computer is seeing them but refuses to mount them. I’m able to pull off data, inconsistently, with other software, but from what I can tell there isn’t obvious damage to the drives.

Has anyone had similar issues? Any recommendations for possible fixes I might have missed?

Thanks!

Had same trouble with M1 Mac 2021 Monterey. External Drive didnt show up. On Western Digital/ Scandisc support site there is a link - Software for Mac with M1 chip Driver. And there comes also a good PDF with instructions. Worked fine.
