G-Drive USB Will Not Start Up

Hi. My G-Drive USB hard drive that I used for “backup” will not start anymore. I tried switching AC cables, having it plugged into a Mac USB, unplugging and plugging back in again – it just will now power up. Any ideas? How can I get G-Drive support?
