my G-Drive 10TB Thunderbolt 3 makes annoying noise / sounds every second even when idle. It’s like a click, click, click sound. Any idea how to fix it?

Mine is brand new, just initialized and I have the same issue. I think it’s the box, not the drives. I’ve been using WD drives for years and never heard this soft clunking sound every second when idle. Does any staff look at these posts?
