Please help me. I can no longer connect my Foscam camera to save recordings to WDCycloud OS5.

port:21
Mode PASV
username:camname
test results in error : FTP Server connection fails
This use to work until 3 days ago after NAS restarted.
FTP is enabled for the user cam name on dashboard
I can connect via fizilla with this credential
