Hello. I’ve got my WD tv live hub just yesterday. Two hour ago tried to update firmware. Downloaded last firmware 3.03.16, place it on USB flashdrive and plug it in live hub. Than in main menu selected “New Firmware”. Device has rebooted and this screen appeared: 
but i have 0% and it is didnt move at all about 2 hours. What should i do?
Device is still working, but nothing changes. Should i plug off power cord? Or press reset button?

reset and retry the firmware update
