This is my first post.
My name is Frederico and I’m from Portugal.
My external disc simply crashed and I bought a WD My Cloud Mirror 8T to place the files from the disc that has crashed.
All folders and files were recovered by a specialized company and recorded by them directly on the WD My Cloud Mirror 8T
The problem is that many of the folders and files have in the name Portuguese characters like for example: á à ê ç …
I can not access them!
Whenever I try the folders and files just disappear!
On the other hand, if I write directly on the WD My Cloud Mirror 8T a new folder, even with Portuguese characters, no problem!
How can I resolve this situation?
