First time backup incomplete

I just bought a My Book Essential today and hook it up; performed what I thought was a backup of all files.

However when I scroll through the files on the “Retrieve” tab of the WD SmartWare, it is apparent that only the files of one of the User Accounts was backed up. There are two users, both with Administrator Accounts.

What did I do wrong? Any help appreciated.
